Let's Go! Summer Training Camp is a 5K training program designed for beginning runners, walkers, and run/walkers. Over the course of 12 weeks, you'll learn running basics and, with the help of our experienced coaches and motivational pacers, train to complete a 5K. The program includes two workouts per week, as well as a workshop on injury prevention. We know how hard it is to get started which is why our training camp is a super way to meet new running buddies, better your level of fitness and most importantly to get going to meet your running or walking goals!
This 12 week program is offered for the first time this summer and will be held in rotating locations on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

Group Training Atmosphere! We will meet Wednesdays at 6pm and Sundays at 6am.
Training program registration does not include the race entry fee. If you have a different goal race, no problem! Just let your coach know so we can tailor the schedule to your personal time frame!
