Looking to introduce your child to running?
Space Coast Runners’ Youth Series offers FUN RUNS (ages 12 & under) at 6 different track events in conjunction with the SCR Runner of the Year Series 2024-2025. These non-competitive runs are FREE, but parents will be required to sign a waiver on the day of the races for their children to participate. If they wish, parents may run along with their children that are 3 years of age and under. You can preprint your child's waiver - see link below.
RACE DISTANCES vary per age group
| AGE GROUP | DISTANCE |
| 2 & 3 years old | 100 meters |
| 4 years | 1/8 mile (200 meters) |
| 5 & 6 years old | 1/8 mile (200 meters) |
| 7 & 8 years old | 1/4 mile (400 meters) |
| 9 & 10 years old | 1/4 mile (400 meters) |
| 11 & 12 years old | 1/2 mile (800 meters) |

Click Here to Dowload Participant Waiver which we require for all participants. Parents, fill out the form prior to the race and bring it with you. Drop it off at the SCR Tent on race day.
