Number of years running:  As a kid, 9 years; almost 2 years recently.

Began running because: Most recently because my son Logan decided to try running last year.

Favorite local and/or out-of-town race: Eat My Crust 5K – PR, great food and prizes!

Favorite place to train: Still looking

Running goals: To get my son Logan and I to run 5K’s in the 16’s.

One piece of advice that I would give to a new runner: Consistency, make running part of your daily routine and stick to it.
